I keep coming across instances of a customer applying late season nitrogen and wondering if it pays off to spend the money. This person applied 25 gallons of 28% UAN on July 30th because of nitrogen loss due to wet weather. In the health change image, the poorest parts of the field has the most positive change so far due to his application. This should help his bottom line and will certainly add yield.
